The Largest Craft Brewery in Phu Quoc Island

Sun Group, a renowned operator of Vietnam's leading tourism ecosystems, has officially unveiled the Phu Quoc Brew House, a craft brewery offering unique experiences for visitors to the pearl island of Phú Quốc.

The brewery spans an area of nearly 2,200 square meters with an annual production capacity of 2.7 million liters of beer.

Phu Quoc Brew House provides beverages directly to the beachfront Sun Bavaria GastroPub, Sun World business outlets, and Sun Group's hotel network in Phú Quốc.

The brewery's design draws inspiration from European architecture, where old structures are revitalized with modern functionality while maintaining a connection between past and present. The main building is designed with Italian architectural elements, blending seamlessly with the overall design of Sunset Town. Its exterior resembles a pink ruby with multiple facets, reflecting the European belief in enjoying premium beer in crystal glasses.

The transparent glass facade allows visitors to view the massive beer brewing tanks inside. The building's colors transform with the sky, glowing pink under the sunlight and shimmering purple during sunset.

The brewery features three levels, with beer production, canning, and tour areas on the second and third floors. Following the success of Bana Brew House at Sun World Ba Na Hills (Da Nang), Phu Quoc Brew House has partnered with Braukon, a centuries-old German beer production brand.

Equipped with fully automated machinery and production lines, the brewery ensures precision from raw materials to finished products. It inherits the authentic Bavarian brewing technology, supervised and produced by Camba, a prominent German brewery.

The brewing at Phu Quoc Brew House is led by German brewmaster Oliver Wesseloh, a World Champion Beer Sommelier (2013-2015) and 2018 Person of the Year awardee. Ingredients are carefully sourced by Camba from premium suppliers in Germany and the United States.

With its on-site brewing and fermentation process, Phu Quoc Brew House introduces the Sun KraftBeer Phu Quoc line, offering fresh, delicately flavored beers crafted in the Bavarian tradition.

The Sun KraftBeer Phu Quoc collection features six craft beers inspired by iconic landmarks on the island, including Kiss Bridge Helles Lager, Sunset Town Dry Hop Pale Ale, Vui-Fest Bazaar Dark Lager, Hon Thom Paradise Wheat Beer, Kem Beach Dry Hop Wheat, and Infinity Love Dry Hop Lager.

Visitors can enjoy Sun KraftBeer Phu Quoc at Sun Bavaria GastroPub, a beachfront craft beer restaurant. Here, guests can savor premium beers and fine dining while enjoying "Ocean Symphony," a show combining fireworks, water displays, and performances by world-class champions and runners-up.

Nightly performances by professional bands and dancers also add to the vibrant atmosphere.

The launch of Phu Quoc Brew House further enhances the Sun Paradise Land entertainment and resort ecosystem, demonstrating Sun Group's commitment to providing premium experiences for visitors and locals alike. This milestone cements Phú Quốc as a paradise of festivals and entertainment.
