The UK-based travel magazine Time Out has recently announced its list of the 51 most beautiful destinations in the world for 2026. Ha Giang (Tuyen Quang) and Hoi An (Da Nang) are the two Vietnamese locations included in this ranking.

The inclusion of Ha Giang and Hoi An in this list reflects the growing appeal of Vietnam’s tourism, especially as travelers increasingly seek unique experiences that are closely connected to nature and local culture.
Hoi An is an ancient town formed over 400 years ago and was once a major trading port in the region.
With its distinctive architecture and local community, Hoi An has preserved much of its historical charm. Notably, the complex of more than 1,000 centuries-old houses has been conserved, attracting around 3-4 million international visitors each year.

Meanwhile, Ha Giang stands out for its breathtaking natural landscapes and the rich cultural identity of its ethnic communities. It is well known for the Dong Van Karst Plateau, rugged mountain valleys, and vibrant local markets, all of which create a unique destination.

Both Hoi An and Ha Giang are currently among the most popular and vibrant destinations organized by Visit Indochina for international tour groups when visiting in Vietnam.
