In recent days, a delegation from two Malaysian companies experienced the beauty of Central Vietnam through a journey organized by Visit Indochina, featuring destinations such as Da Nang, Ba Na Hills, and Hoi An.

Da Nang and other Central Vietnamese destinations are currently entering the peak summer travel season, with a notable increase in international arrivals in the MICE segment (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions tourism).

The group from Sorento and MOCHA ITALY (Malaysia) visited Central Vietnam at a time when the country’s tourism industry is experiencing one of its busiest summer periods. Across Da Nang and Hoi An, destinations have become increasingly vibrant with international tour groups.

During their stay in Da Nang, the Sorento and MOCHA ITALY delegation was welcomed by the Visit Indochina team from the airport to their accommodation and participated in a variety of activities, including visits to Ba Na Hills and Hoi An Ancient Town, as well as a Gala Dinner at Sky36.

This year, Central Vietnam’s summer tourism continues to focus on beach holidays, entertainment, and experiential travel products. In Da Nang, nighttime activities, the International Fireworks Festival, culinary discovery tours, and entertainment complexes continue to attract international visitors.

Meanwhile, following its administrative integration into Da Nang City, Hoi An Ancient Town has benefited from more coordinated tourism management and visitor distribution to better accommodate heritage-focused travelers. Hoi An has become even more charming and convenient to visit, located just 29 kilometers from Da Nang’s city center.

At the end of the trip, delegation members expressed positive feedback regarding service quality, travel time between destinations, and Visit Indochina’s capability in organizing large-scale group programs.
