Despite Central Vietnam’s peak rainy season, Visit Indochina continues to host key tourist groups from its traditional markets, with international guests arriving in Da Nang in high spirits.

On January 4th, a group of 16 visitors from Malaysia completed a memorable tour of Da Lat, Vietnam’s “City of a Thousand Flowers.” Mr. Nguyen Son Thuy, Director of Visit Indochina, personally accompanied the group, which included travelers on the first direct flight from Kuala Lumpur to Da Lat.

With the allure of Da Lat’s misty landscapes, cherry blossom season, wild sunflower blooms, and vibrant festivals, newly launched direct flights have made travel between Malaysia and Da Lat increasingly accessible. This direct air connection taps into one of Vietnam’s largest tourism markets, and Visit Indochina has launched new marketing efforts and exceptional service packages to attract more Malaysian tourists to Da Lat. As a long-time focus of Visit Indochina, Da Lat is well-served by a knowledgeable team of guides and a comprehensive network of local accommodations, ensuring an exceptional experience for even the most discerning guests.

Between November 4 and 12, Visit Indochina is also expecting two additional key tourist groups totaling 85 members from Malaysia and the Philippines to visit Da Nang and Hoi An. The Philippines group, comprising 60 delegates who are department and unit heads from the provincial government of Laguna, will enjoy a 4-day, 3-night tour combining tourism with business activities as a MICE group. Upon their arrival, leaders from Da Nang’s Department of Tourism Promotion welcomed the group at the airport with flowers and gifts. Their itinerary includes visits to Ba Na Hills, Da Nang Beach, and Linh Ung Pagoda, culminating with an experience of Hoi An Ancient Town. The group will depart Da Nang International Airport on November 7th.

Meanwhile, a 24-member Malaysian fam trip group will arrive in Da Nang on November 9 and return home on November 12. During their 3-day visit, Visit Indochina will guide them through the region’s most iconic landmarks and experiences popular among Malaysian tourists.

Mr. Nguyen Son Thuy, Director of Visit Indochina, noted that the company’s ongoing efforts to expand its market presence have led to these important year-end visits. With exceptional service quality, a professional team, and an extensive network of expert guides, Visit Indochina continues to build trust with international partners and attract more visitors to Vietnam.
