Since early November, Visit Indochina has received a surge of large-scale MICE delegations from India and Southeast Asia, as partner agencies selected Vietnam as an ideal destination to experience the country’s unique year-end charm.

Despite tight schedules and high group volumes, all delegations praised the beauty of Vietnam and expressed satisfaction with Visit Indochina’s seamless organization, promising to return in the near future.
Indian Delegation Joins Visit Vietnam Technical Visit Program
One of the highlights was a group of Indian investors participating in the TOTO Facilities Technical Visit from November 13 to 17. The journey combined corporate site inspections, sightseeing, and leisure activities across Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, and Ho Chi Minh City.

The group began their trip aboard the Omkara Cruise in Ha Long Bay, admiring signature landmarks such as Dog Stone Islet, Duck Rock, and Thumb Islet. The itinerary included exploring Sung Sot Cave, kayaking at Luon Cave, hiking to the summit of Titov Island, and enjoying a sunset over the bay — activities that members described as “well-paced, thoughtfully arranged, and emotionally memorable.”
In Hanoi, delegates visited the TOTO Vinh Phuc Factory and TOTO Showroom to gain insights into production lines, management systems, and local business operations. All inspections were conducted professionally with clear agendas and on-site translator support.

Outside the technical program, guests explored Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple, Hanoi Old Quarter, and enjoyed shopping in the historic heart of the capital.
The final leg of the journey brought the group to Ho Chi Minh City, where they visited Cu Chi Tunnels and learned about local wartime history. In the Mekong Delta, guests cruised along the Tien River, explored the four famous islets (Long, Lan, Quy, Phung), visited coconut candy workshops, tasted tropical fruits, enjoyed traditional Đờn Ca Tài Tử, and cycled through a riverside village. Delegates highlighted the itinerary as providing a comprehensive view of Vietnam’s history, culture, nature, and daily life.

Memorable Journeys Through Ba Na Hills, Hoi An, and Hue
At the same time, Visit Indochina successfully operated a 94-person MICE delegation from Freedomlife Philippines on a 4-day journey through Da Nang, Ba Na Hills, Hoi An, and Hue.
In Ba Na Hills, guests visited Linh Ung Pagoda, the French Village, Debay Wine Cellar, Nui Chua Peak, and Nghinh Phong Peak. The program also included a Han River dinner cruise and the iconic fire-breathing Dragon Bridge show.
Hoi An introduced visitors to My Son Sanctuary, the Ancient Town, and local cuisine. In Hue, the group explored Khai Dinh Mausoleum, the Imperial Citadel, Thien Mu Pagoda, and Dong Ba Market, gaining insights into the depth of royal heritage.
Before departure, the group visited Da Nang’s key icons: Dragon Bridge, Love Bridge, Han River Bridge, and APEC Park.

Another Philippines MICE delegation — 55 students from Saint Louis College of San Fernando — joined a 4-day educational and cultural program in Da Nang, Hoi An, and Ba Na Hills. For many students, it was their first time seeing Dragon Bridge, Love Bridge, APEC Park, and experiencing lantern-making and flower-floating in Hoi An.
Their program included a workshop in Ba Na Hills, a visit to Cam Thanh Coconut Village, a Han River cruise, and sightseeing at Linh Ung Pagoda and Son Tra Marina — a perfectly curated combination of cultural learning and bonding activities.
