As part of the program, the department hosted a networking and exchange meeting with the Taiwanese delegation. Mr. Nguyễn Sơn Thuỷ, Director of Visit Indochina, attended the event to discuss potential partnerships and strengthen ties with the Taiwanese travel industry.

“Visit Indochina has long collaborated with partners from Taiwan to organize group tours visiting Vietnam’s major destinations,” said Mr. Thuỷ.

Taiwanese travelers especially love exploring Central Vietnam — particularly Danang and Hoi An — for their mix of nature, culture, and hospitality.

During their six-day journey (from November 2–7), the Taiwanese travel agents visited major attractions including Sun World Ba Na Hills, Danang Museum, Marble Mountains, luxury accommodations, and vibrant nightlife areas throughout the city.

Following its regional integration with Quang Nam, Danang now boasts a 217-kilometer coastline and a rich collection of UNESCO-recognized heritage sites such as Hoi An Ancient Town, My Son Sanctuary, Ngu Hanh Son inscriptions, and the Cu Lao Cham Biosphere Reserve.
