Visit Indochina Hosts Malaysian KOLs on a 4-Day Journey Through Da Nang, Ba Na Hills, and Hoi An

On October 21, a group of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) from Malaysia concluded a four-day experiential trip to Da Nang, discovering some of Central Vietnam’s most iconic destinations.

A warm welcome to the Malaysian KOLs visiting Da Nang — officially kicking off their 4-day journey with Visit Indochina.


The trip was jointly organized by Visit Indochina and its Malaysian partner, designed to showcase the best of Da Nang and neighboring attractions. Over four days, the group visited highlights such as APEC Park, Dragon Bridge, Son Tra Night Market, the Cham Sculpture Museum, Han Market, My Khe Beach, Marble Mountains, and Ba Na Hills, before exploring the Bay Mau Coconut Forest and Hoi An Ancient Town.

To welcome the delegation, the Da Nang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism extended an official greeting to the KOLs upon their arrival.

Among the participants were well-known Malaysian personalities — including singer and dancer Pong Jie Yi, recognized by TC Candler’s The Most Beautiful Faces Asia 2021 (with over 1 million followers across platforms), alongside Tan Yu Ki and Yeong Chee Hua.

The trip not only offered a firsthand look at Da Nang’s tourism, culture, and cuisine, but also generated powerful social-media storytelling that captured the city’s energy, beauty, and hospitality.

Experiencing Da Nang as a vibrant “city that never sleeps by the East Sea,” the KOLs praised both the destination and the professional logistics provided by Visit Indochina.Many participants shared their moments on official channels, expressing admiration for Da Nang and the Visit Indochina team.
