During their stay in Hanoi, participants discovered a capital city that is both tranquil and vibrant, where centuries-old heritage coexists with modern urban energy. The itinerary featured visits to some of the city’s most recognized landmarks, many of which are well known internationally.

Visit Indochina’s young and energetic tour guides accompanied the group to historical and cultural attractions including the St. Joseph's Cathedral, Tran Quoc Pagoda on West Lake, The Huc Bridge, Ngoc Son Temple at Hoan Kiem Lake and the Temple of Literature, widely regarded as Vietnam’s first university.

In addition to traditional sightseeing activities, the group explored a different side of Hanoi through an open-top Jeep tour around West Lake. This experience has become increasingly popular among international visitors seeking to discover lakeside roads, ancient villages and the everyday lifestyle of local residents.

One of the most memorable highlights of the program was a private Egg Coffee workshop organized exclusively for the delegation. Under the guidance and coordination of Visit Indochina’s team, guests learned about the origins of Hanoi’s signature beverage and had the opportunity to prepare the drink themselves. Participants also received specially designed souvenir cups created exclusively for the group.

Throughout the journey, the delegation enjoyed dining experiences at Michelin-starred restaurants, where the essence of Vietnamese cuisine was presented through carefully curated menus. Culinary experiences of this nature have become an increasingly important consideration for international MICE groups when selecting Vietnam as a destination, alongside natural attractions and service quality.

After Hanoi, the group continued its journey to Cat Ba Archipelago and Lan Ha Bay, a coastal area frequently praised by international travelers as one of the most beautiful marine destinations in Northern Vietnam. A major highlight of the trip was a private charter aboard the six-star Lyra Grandeur Cruise.

Surrounded by Lan Ha Bay’s iconic limestone karsts and emerald waters, guests participated in a Vietnamese cooking class, engaged in team-building activities on the sundeck and enjoyed an elegant dinner against the backdrop of the bay at night. Many participants described the experience as one of the most memorable moments of the entire program.
