Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Son Thuy, Director of Visit Indochina, described 2025 as a year of major challenges for the tourism industry. Rapid market shifts, intense competition, rising customer expectations, and fragmented demand placed significant pressure on tourism businesses across Vietnam.
Navigating Challenges Against the Tide
Despite these difficulties, Visit Indochina demonstrated strong resilience through the responsibility, unity, and professionalism of its team. Throughout 2025, company staff traveled extensively across countries and regions, welcoming international visitors to Vietnam and strengthening the company’s position in the inbound tourism market.

The company was named among the top 10 tour operators bringing international visitors to Vietnam, and received commendations from the Hue Department of Tourism, the Da Nang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and several provincial authorities.
According to Mr. Thuy, these achievements reflect the collective effort of the entire organization and demonstrate Visit Indochina’s ability to overcome challenges while maintaining strong business performance.

The company remains committed to its long-term development philosophy: “from small to big, from big to great,” alongside enhancing professionalism and adaptability in a volatile global tourism environment.
Beyond business growth, Visit Indochina places strong emphasis on promoting Vietnam’s destinations internationally and fulfilling its social responsibility.
