Thailand MICE Group Experiences Phu Quoc Incentive Travel Program

A Thailand MICE group of around 100 delegates, including executives and partners of COTTO Thailand, recently joined an incentive travel program titled “Reimagine the Elementum of Eternity” organized by Visit Indochina in Phu Quoc.
Delegates experience a gondola ride at Sunset Town, a highlight of the Phu Quoc incentive travel itinerary.
The program combined internal recognition activities with a themed experience series called “Elementum Journey,” divided into four parts representing natural elements: air, earth, water, and fire—an approach increasingly popular in Phu Quoc incentive travel and Vietnam MICE tourism.
The opening activity took place at Sunset Town with a welcome party and evening performance. This area is being developed into a hub for large-scale entertainment and corporate events in southern Phu Quoc.
The “earth” experience brought the Thailand MICE group to architectural and cultural sites, including Ho Quoc Pagoda—a coastal structure with spacious grounds suitable for combining sightseeing with branded corporate event activities.
In the “water” segment, participants engaged in marine-related experiences, including visiting an aquarium and dining in an underwater setting. This is a popular product among corporate event Vietnam programs, especially during calm sea seasons in Phu Quoc.
The program concluded with a beach BBQ and team-building activities. The gala night was held at a venue designed for large-scale MICE program Phu Quoc events, suitable for recognition and award ceremonies.
In recent years, Phu Quoc has emerged as a leading Vietnam MICE tourism destination thanks to its developed tourism infrastructure, convenient international flight connections, and ability to host integrated corporate event packages.
