The delegation was led by the Dean of the Faculty of Law and included two Vice Deans, lecturers, members of the International Affairs Committee and administrative representatives from Ubon Ratchathani University.

Spanning several days, the programme focused on academic exchange, exploring educational models and strengthening cooperation between the two institutions.

As part of the visit, representatives of Hanoi Law University and the Faculty of Law at Ubon Ratchathani University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), laying the foundation for future collaboration in academic exchange, research, teaching and student and faculty engagement.

Following the signing ceremony, both institutions held working sessions to exchange perspectives on legal education and academic development. The delegation also toured the Hanoi Law University campus, gaining first-hand insights into its facilities, lecture halls and learning environment.
