In early March, an incentive group from SLT Agriventure Corporation, an agricultural company in the Philippines, joined a Northern Vietnam incentive tour organized by Visit Indochina.

The Philippine incentive group takes a photo at Sapa Station before starting their Fansipan cable car journey.
The journey was designed as a combination of travel and internal corporate activities, tailored for business groups seeking both leisure and team-building experiences in Vietnam.
The group arrived at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi and began their journey toward Sapa Vietnam. Traveling along the Hanoi – Lao Cai route, the group continued to Sapa town, one of the most popular destinations in Northern Vietnam travel.
On the first day in Sapa, the group visited Moana Coffee Sapa, a well-known check-in location offering panoramic views of the valley. They also explored the Sapa Stone Church, a historic landmark in the town center, followed by a visit to Sapa Square and the Sapa night market in the evening.
The itinerary continued with a visit to Sun World Fansipan Legend, a highlight of Sapa Vietnam tourism. The group experienced the Muong Hoa mountain train, which connects Sapa town to the Fansipan cable car station while passing through the scenic Muong Hoa Valley.

After reaching the cable car station, the group continued their journey via the Fansipan cable car, ascending close to the summit of Fansipan, the highest mountain in Vietnam. This activity was considered the key highlight of the Sapa program. After completing the visit, the group returned to Hanoi.
The journey then continued from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay, one of Vietnam’s most iconic UNESCO heritage destinations. Upon arrival at Ha Long International Port, the group boarded the Velar of the Sea Cruise to begin their Ha Long Bay cruise experience.
While cruising, the group passed by limestone formations such as Finger Islet and Candle Islet. In the afternoon, participants enjoyed a sunset viewing activity over Ha Long Bay.
Onboard the cruise, the group joined several activities including a tea ceremony, a Vietnamese cooking class, and squid fishing at night—common experiences offered in overnight Ha Long Bay cruise programs.
The following morning, the group continued exploring Ha Long Bay with visits to Tra Bau fishing village and a pearl farming area.
Later, the group returned to Hanoi and visited key attractions such as Ba Dinh Square, Hoan Kiem Lake, and St. Joseph’s Cathedral. They also explored Hanoi Train Street and the Hanoi Old Quarter for sightseeing and shopping.

The group poses at Fansipan peak in Sapa, enjoying the cool weather and misty mountain scenery of Northern Vietnam.
At the end of the program, the group transferred to Noi Bai Airport to depart Vietnam, concluding their Northern Vietnam incentive tour covering Hanoi, Sapa, and Ha Long Bay.
To match travel preferences of Philippine tourists, Visit Indochina designed the program to combine iconic destinations with corporate incentive activities.
Following the trip, participants expressed high satisfaction with the service quality, highlighting the professionalism, local knowledge, and cultural insights provided by the Visit Indochina team.
Beyond enjoying Vietnam’s landscapes, the group returned home with memorable experiences and souvenirs, preserving lasting impressions of their journey through Northern Vietnam.
