Visit Indochina Continues Growth Momentum in First Half of 2026, Affirming Its Position in the Tourism Industry

Reporting on Visit Indochina's performance in the first half of the year, Mr. Nguyen Son Thuy, the company's Director, stated that despite a challenging context, the company maintained strong growth momentum and continued to firmly position its brand.

Visit Indochina's conference summarizing the first six months of 2026 was recently held at the company's headquarters in Da Nang City, attended by the board of directors and the entire staff.

Themed "Flourish," the conference aimed to review business operations, listen to feedback from various departments, and identify key focus areas for the final months of the year.

Visit Indochina Maintains Growth Momentum Amidst Challenges

Reviewing the figures over the past six months, Mr. Nguyen Son Thuy noted that despite numerous difficulties, fierce competition, and constantly changing markets, Visit Indochina's tourist arrival results continued to be sustained.

Through promotional strategies, constant innovation, and the development of a partner network alongside new tourism products, the first half of 2026 saw massive influxes of tourists from many markets, significantly exceeding those of other destinations.

Standout markets included the Philippines, India, and Thailand. Several other markets continued to provide steady tourist streams, with partners offering highly positive feedback and expressing trust in Visit Indochina's strategic vision and reputation.

According to Mr. Nguyen Son Thuy, this growth amidst difficulties is the result of persistent efforts to build the company's reputation and brand. Internationally, Visit Indochina's regular presence has been well-received by partners.

Beyond promotion and market expansion, Visit Indochina has also cultivated a positive image by actively participating in and contributing to natural disaster and flood relief efforts in various countries.

At the conference, the Director of Visit Indochina and the staff dedicated time to review how departments coordinated during customer service operations. This was also an opportunity for frontline personnel to share practical issues that arose.

Input from the back-office, sales, and tour guide teams covering the Thai, Chinese, and English-speaking markets, as well as the transportation fleet, centered on improving workflows and enhancing service quality.

Constant Innovation and Dedicated Care for Markets

Based on the results of the first half of the year, Mr. Thuy outlined five key task groups for Visit Indochina to focus on in the coming period: market, product, revenue, operations, and human resources. Among these, human resources play a decisive role in business outcomes.

Regarding markets: The Visit Indochina team will continue to maintain traditional markets such as Thailand, Malaysia, and the Philippines, while expanding into Indonesia, Myanmar, India, Taiwan, and Laos. Certain new markets, including Sri Lanka and the Middle East, are also within the enterprise's targeted approach.

Regarding products: Visit Indochina will develop various tour categories, ranging from programs for first-time visitors to Vietnam, premium FIT (Free Independent Traveler) and family lines, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) clients, to specialized products focusing on culinary arts, heritage, wellness, local culture, cruises, golf, education, and green tourism.

The company also aims to monitor business performance more deeply, tracking not only tourist volume but also revenue, gross profit, and metrics per customer. The business process is conceptualized as a chain from customer acquisition, quoting, and negotiation to group confirmation and generating actual revenue.

Particularly, Mr. Thuy emphasized that in today's rapidly advancing technological landscape, optimizing operations, digitizing workflows, improving B2B online sales tools, and applying technology and AI to daily tasks are top priorities for increasing labor productivity.

Human Resources Placed at the Center

Mr. Nguyen Son Thuy stated that operational lessons from recent years demonstrate that constantly refreshing products and meticulously caring for markets are the decisive factors for growth.

To achieve this, Visit Indochina specifically focuses on building and managing its team. Unlike traditional organizational models where the leadership board is prioritized, at Visit Indochina, every individual has their own distinct role, position, and contribution. Human resources are the center of all company activities.

"A business cannot develop or perform well if its human resources are weak. Conversely, an excellent team will create a strong collective. Visit Indochina always establishes mechanisms to encourage and properly reward employees who show dedication, creativity, and care in their work," Mr. Thuy emphasized.
