The program is part of an international academic exchange initiative, offering students the opportunity to experience the Vietnamese education environment while learning about the country’s economic development and local culture.

During their stay at FPT University Da Nang, students from Ateneo de Davao University attended specialized lectures delivered by university faculty. The sessions focused on several key topics including artificial intelligence, Vietnam’s economic development process, and strategic directions for future growth.

These discussions generated strong engagement from both Filipino students and Vietnamese students participating in the classes.

Beyond classroom learning, the students were divided into teams to develop project topics, engage in group discussions, and present their ideas to lecturers. This activity helped participants strengthen teamwork skills in a multicultural academic environment while exchanging perspectives on regional business issues in Southeast Asia.

In addition to academic activities, students also joined various cultural exchange events, including the Spring Interfest program. The event allowed international students to experience campus life in Vietnam while connecting with local students through performances, cultural presentations, and food experiences.

One highlight of the program was a hands-on traditional lantern-making workshop, a craft closely associated with the cultural heritage of Central Vietnam. The workshop gave students practical insights into traditional craftsmanship and the cultural values preserved in local artisan villages.
