The program also welcomed participation from the Danang Tourism Promotion Center (under the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism). Key hospitality partners — Sun Group, Novotel Danang Premier Han River, and Mercure Danang French Village Ba Na Hills — joined Visit Indochina in sponsoring the event series.

At the opening workshop, Mr. Nguyen Son Thuy, CEO of Visit Indochina, introduced the Visit Vietnam Series 2025–2026, a signature tourism portfolio developed over many years and consistently chosen by thousands of international visitors, especially in Central Vietnam.

The series includes curated itineraries such as Hanoi – Sapa – Ha Long, Da Nang – Hoi An – Ba Na Hills, and Ho Chi Minh City – Mui Ne – Da Lat. These products combine airfare and land tour services, tailored specifically for the Philippine market through strategic airline partnerships.

To experience Central Vietnam’s vibrant tourism atmosphere firsthand, the delegation conducted on-site inspections at major attractions: Hoi An Ancient Town, My Son Sanctuary, Ba Na Hills, Son Tra Peninsula, Cham Islands, and iconic city spots such as Dragon Bridge, Bay Mau Coconut Forest, Rooster Church (Da Nang Cathedral), and Han Market.

According to representatives of the Danang Tourism Promotion Center, the Hue – Da Nang – Hoi An heritage route is increasingly attractive to international travelers thanks to seamless connectivity and well-developed tourism infrastructure.

Da Nang currently serves as the regional hub of Central Vietnam tourism, linking to Hue in the north, Hoi An and My Son in the south, the eco-tourism regions of Tay Giang and Dong Giang in the west, and its coastal and island destinations to the east. The city also hosts numerous annual festivals — including the International Fireworks Festival, marathons, and light festivals — which help extend the tourism season.
