We Are Hiring: Video Editor (Full -time)

Job Description:

1. Video Editing & Production
 

  • Edit and produce videos introducing destinations, tours, customers, events and Company activities.

  • Produce videos for Facebook Reels, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.

  • Produce videos introducing destinations, hotels, services and travel products.

  • Produce recap videos of events, Famtrip, MICE, workshops, roadshows and other internal activities.

  • Edit images and videos, adjust colors, subtitles, motion graphics and other suitable visual effects. 
     

2. Coordinate with the Content & Marketing Team
 

  • Develop ideas and concepts for video content.

  • Proactively propose ideas and content suitable for the tourism industry and brand positioning.

  • Participate in developing content plans for each week/month.

  • Coordinate with Sales/Operations/Marketing teams to implement ideas and video projects.

  • Support filming at events, tours and other Company activities when required. 
     

3. Manage Materials & Project Progress

Arrange, store and manage footage, images and project files effectively.
Build and maintain the Company's image/video library.
Ensure project progress and quality meet requirements. 

Requirements:
 

  • Experience in a Video Editor position; candidates with experience in tourism, hospitality or lifestyle media are preferred.

  • Proficient in one or more editing software programs such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.

  • Strong visual thinking, storytelling and creative skills.

  • Candidates with experience in travel, DMC, hospitality or lifestyle are preferred.

  • Up-to-date with video trends on TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts.

  • Ability to color grade, edit sound, subtitles and basic effects.

  • Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with the team.

  • English is an advantage.

  • Experience with Portfolio/Showreel is preferred.
     

BONUS:

Experience in using cameras/camera equipment such as cameras, gimbals and drones.

  • Experience producing TikTok/Reels videos with high views and engagement.

  • Ability to develop video ideas based on travel and destination exploration.
