We Are Hiring: Hr & Administration Executive
Job Description:

Handle recruitment activities: post job advertisements, screen applications, and arrange interviews

Draft, monitor, and manage labor contracts
-
Track attendance and calculate salaries, bonuses, and allowances
-
Process social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance procedures for employees
-
Manage personnel records and update HR database
-
Participate in developing internal regulations, procedures, and HR policies
-
Provide guidance and answer employees’ inquiries regarding benefits and company policies
-
Manage office supplies and company equipment
-
Draft official letters, internal announcements, and decisions
-
Organize internal events such as birthdays and team-building activities
General Requirements:
-
College or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Economics, or related fields
-
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
-
Good knowledge of Labor Law and social insurance regulations
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
-
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
-
Careful, honest, and responsible
