We Are Hiring: Hr & Administration Executive

Job Description:

  • Handle recruitment activities: post job advertisements, screen applications, and arrange interviews

  • Draft, monitor, and manage labor contracts

  • Track attendance and calculate salaries, bonuses, and allowances

  • Process social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance procedures for employees

  • Manage personnel records and update HR database

  • Participate in developing internal regulations, procedures, and HR policies

  • Provide guidance and answer employees’ inquiries regarding benefits and company policies

  • Manage office supplies and company equipment

  • Draft official letters, internal announcements, and decisions

  • Organize internal events such as birthdays and team-building activities

General Requirements:
 

  • College or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Economics, or related fields

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position

  • Good knowledge of Labor Law and social insurance regulations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

  • Careful, honest, and responsible
